The LED dimmer is UKCA and CE approved! For switching and controlling incandescent lamps, dimmable LED lamps, high-voltage halogen lamps, and halogen lamps with electronic transformers.
It cannot be used to control the speed of transformers, fans, and induction motors.
- Turn the control knob clockwise: the light increases until it reaches maximum brightness
- Turn the control knob counterclockwise: the light decreases.

Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to submit a return request.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition as delivered, unopened and unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or valid proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label together with detailed instructions on how and where to send your parcel.Any items returned without a prior authorised return request will not be accepted.
